When requested by our staff to provide remote access to your system, click appropriate icon for the operating system you are running.   Intellect IT, as a Microsoft Cloud Service Provider, offers our clients seamless way to provision and manage Microsoft cloud software services, including Office 365 and Azure.
  • Place orders and manage subscriptions (real time)
  • View activities about users, actions and events relating to your Microsoft cloud services
  • Report on sign in events that were found to be anomalous

Client Support Portal

One of the ways we share and collaborate with our clients on service tickets, projects and key information is via our Client portal, where our clients can:
  • Submit customer service requests
  • Add Ticket and Project attachments and notes
  • Track the status of your Service Tickets and Project Tasks
  • Setup and manage login accounts for your colleagues to our Client Access Portal
  • View reports, estimated hours, project costs and invoices
